Return Conditions
Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, items MUST be unworn and undamaged. Hair accessories must show no visible wear and tear.

How to Initiate a Return
To make sure your refund is processed quickly and correctly, please include your order number with your return. We can’t initiate a refund without it - thank you for understanding!

Special Cases
Damaged Items: If you encounter a rare malfunction with a hair accessory, we’re happy to offer a replacement piece within our 30-day policy, provided you send us photos showing the damage. We kindly ask that you email photos to support@glamstruck.com. In some cases, we may require you to return the damaged product for inspection before processing your refund.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected.

Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
